Pages can set their own form, by including a Page has default form property placed either directly within the page or in a template that the page calls, e.g.[[Page has default form::form-name]].
This is especially useful when the category and namespace options aren't possible, such as if pages belong to multiple categories that have different default forms; or for editing category pages themselves.
