If you belong to the sysop or gardener user groups, you can:
- Add subcategory: An input field will display, the user may then enter a title and if it is does not exist yet, a create button shall display.
- Add category on same level: An input field appears. The user enters a title and if it is does not exist yet, a create button shall display.
