To embed the upload media files links, so that they may be used to upload rich media files, you first need to install Rich Media Extension Version 1.1.
1. Go to the edit mode of an existing page or create a new one.
2. Copy following the parser function into the article:

Link text: This is the text that will be used between the <a> tag. It is displayed where you included the parser function.
Link title: This is the alternative link text which is important for accessibility. This is also shown in the upload window footer. The default is : "Uploading files".
Width: This defines the width of the upload window (optional).
Height: This defines the height of the upload window(optional).
