Your extension containing a deploy descriptor (formal description of the deployable entity) is not registered with a DF tag in LocalSettings.php.
Solution
DF tags are constructs like:
/*start-<ext-id>*/ ... /*end-<ext-id>*/
<ext-id> is replaced by the package ID of the extension.
Create a DF tag manually. Enclose all statements which belong to a particular extension by the tags above.
